My Story

After years of leading marketing initiatives on both the client and agency sides, I realized something: most growing companies don’t need more marketing. They need smarter strategy, stronger leadership, and someone who can help them build the kind of marketing engine that actually drives growth.

That insight inspired me to launch Engagement Marketing in 2014, a consultancy built to bridge that gap. What started as a small content marketing operation quickly grew into something much more powerful. I began working directly with SaaS, tech, and now space companies as a Fractional CMO, embedding myself within their teams to help them scale from the inside out.

My approach is hands-on and collaborative. I work alongside founders and internal teams to build the right marketing foundations, define strategy, develop operations, expand teams, and drive recurring revenue. When the organization is ready, I help transition them to a full-time CMO who can take their growth even further.

In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on space and deep tech companies, helping them translate complex innovation into powerful, human-centered stories that attract investors, customers, and talent.
